Launch requirement: This operational template should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the organization’s legal entity, states of operation, tax status, insurance, and payment practices before accepting live members.
Membership and eligibility
Membership is personal to the approved member and business. The organization may verify identity, business status, professional licensing, insurance, and references where relevant.
Term, billing, renewal, and cancellation
Membership renews according to the selected monthly or annual billing cycle until cancelled. Fees due before cancellation remain payable. Failed payments may result in a grace period, restricted access, suspension, or cancellation. Refund eligibility is governed by the posted refund policy and applicable law.
Participation and conduct
Members agree to professional conduct, accurate profiles, ethical referrals, respectful collaboration, confidentiality, attendance expectations, and all posted policies.
Independent businesses
Members and Chapter Founders operate independently. Membership does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture status unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Brand and intellectual property
Names, logos, systems, training, software, recordings, and materials may be used only as authorized. Access ends when membership or authorization ends.
Non-solicitation and member protection
Members may not misuse member information, scrape the directory, aggressively solicit, poach clients or personnel through confidential information, or distribute contact data outside authorized purposes.
Disputes and enforcement
Complaints may be investigated and resolved through coaching, mediation, warning, probation, suspension, termination, or other appropriate action. Governing law, venue, arbitration, and notice terms must be finalized by counsel.
Liability and results
The organization does not guarantee referrals, revenue, business outcomes, provider performance, or member representations. Members conduct their own due diligence and maintain appropriate licenses and insurance.
